iFood

Over three years at iFood, I progressed from designer to creative coordinator, working at the intersection of design, branding, and trade marketing to structure and scale brand initiatives with a focus on consistency, experience, and results. I led strategic projects such as iFood Benefícios, the Ada robot (delivery modalities), and trade marketing initiatives, connecting nationwide campaigns, packaging, personalized kits, and point-of-sale activations like iFood Park and iFood Mercado into a unified brand vision.

I also conceived the reverse logistics project “Já Fui Bag,” incorporating sustainability guidelines into the brand experience. In every initiative, I focused on building brand value, enhancing customer experience, and delivering measurable results, aligning creative strategy with business objectives.

In addition to all physical brand materials, trade marketing, and events, I collaborated extensively with the branding team on the development of the brand book, product initiatives such as the in-app shop, and the creation of campaigns for both the app and social media. I also worked on coupon-based incentive campaigns, internal communications, and provided support to the HR team, logistics, and leadership.

I was responsible for translating brand positioning into scalable visual systems, including iFood Card, iFood Mercado, Carnaval campaigns, and, of course, delivery bags, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints with users and partners.
